Sukkot, Shmini Atzeret, Simchat Torah: Oct 16-25

Ordering a Lulav & Etrog
To order a set of Lulav & Etrog, please contact the office no later than October 7. Sets cost $55 and will be ready for you on the first day of Sukkot, at the temple. 

Putting up the Sukkah
We need assistance putting up our communal sukkah, for all to enjoy, on Sunday morning, October 13th after minyan (about 9:45am). Please or email Steve Jacobs or call him at 617-838-4547 for details. 

BYO (Dairy) Dinner in the Sukkah & Musical Kabbalat Shabbat: Friday, Oct 18
Bring your own dairy dinner to dine together in our community Sukkah under the stars at 5:30pm (dessert & drinks provided). Following dinner, we gather together for another Musical Kabbalat Shabbat, led by Rabbi Noyo and RabbiB. FREE with RSVP, here.

Dine in the Sukkah
The sukkah is available for those wishing to fulfill the mitzvah of leishev basukhah, dwelling in the sukkah, to eat in the sukkah (BYOFood & Drink). Reserve a spot for Oct 19-22 by emailing the office.

Shmini Atzeret
Celebrate the conclusion of the Holiday season with Shmini Atzeret, Thursday morning, October 24 at 9:30am in person or online. Yizkor is recited.

Simchat Torah
CELEBRATE together with CBSBH's Simchat Torah bash for all ages, Thursday evening, October 24:
Kid-friendly pizza & pasta dinner at 5:45pm followed by congregational Simchat Torah Celebration with singing and dancing at about 6:30pm, led by Rabbi Noyo & RabbiB. Mark the conclusion of the Holiday season with Simchat Torah morning services on Friday, Oct 25 at 9:30am (in person or online), followed by a return to Shabbat morning services on Saturday morning, October 26, as we begin anew the yearly cycle of chanting the Torah from parashat Breishit, Genesis.
